Why Isn’t My Offering Up?

There are a few reasons why you might not see your Muze listing up:

• Confirm that your listing is complete. It will only be complete if you completed the steps to setup your offering and see it in your Active Offerings:

• Make sure that you are connected to Stripe. We can’t pay you if you aren’t connected. You will see the following error if you have not connected to Stripe:

• You must have a professionally shot profile picture, name, contact information, and a portfolio wherever relevant to your skillset.

Tips On Getting Verified:

• Include a descriptive, but not wordy, bio of about 45-70 words
  • If writing bios aren’t your specialty, consider working with one of our talented Artist Bio Writers
• Include (only relevant) work and education history
• Include your refund policy.
