Submitting A Bug
Are you facing any issues while using our platform? There are two ways where you can submit a bug:
In The Web App
- Under the Settings menu on the web application’s sidebar, go to the Contact Us page.
- Select the Bug option as the subject
- Type your message in the Message field (which says “Enter message here…”). Please enter as much detail as possible. This includes the web browser, operating system, and the conditions leading up to the bug.
- We will reach out over email, but if you would prefer a phone call, you can enter your phone number in the field that says “Optional phone number”. This is an optional field.
- Press Submit and we will reach out as soon as possible.
Outside The Web App
You also have this ability on the Contact page of our public facing site.
- Navigate to the Contact page.
- If you would like, you can enter your preferred name. This is an optional field.
- Enter the email that you would like us to respond to.
- Type your message in the Message field. Please enter as much detail as possible. This includes the web browser, operating system, and the conditions leading up to the bug.
- You can select Choose File to upload any files. Screenshots or recordings of the bug are most helpful. You can upload up to 5 files as long as they are all under 25MB. This is an optional field.
- Press Submit and we will reach out as soon as possible over email.
