FAQ
Promo Codes are requested through an organization such as a school, club, or other community that wishes to match only with others within that community.
After entering a Promo Code, either at signup or in your settings, your matches page will only show other users who have entered the same code.
There are two ways to enter a Promo Code:
At Sign Up:
- When signing up, enter a promo code given to you by your organization in the “Promo Code” field.
- After filling in other information, simply click the “Sign Up” button.
After Sign Up:
- In the app on the sidebar menu, navigate to Settings>Promo Code.
- Enter a promo code given to you by your organization in the “Promo Code” field.
- Click the “Submit” button.

To remove a Promo Code:
- In the app on the sidebar menu, navigate to Settings>Promo Code.
- Click the “trash can” icon next to your Promo Code.
- A warning pop up will ask “Are you sure?” Click “Yes” to confirm.

On your Media page, either:
- Drag and drop files from your file explorer into the Media area
- Or click on the “Upload Button” and select your files from your file explorer
Muze allows 1 GB for free profiles and 50GB for our paid plan at $9.95 per month.
One of the unique features that makes Muze the best place to find musicians is you can find musicians with similar tastes as you and listening habits by connecting your Spotify account.
To connect your account:
- Go to the My Questions page
- Using the navigation arrows or numbers, navigate to the last question:
“Would you like to connect your Spotify account to find musicians with similar tastes?” - Click “Connect”
- You will be navigated to Spotify’s website. Login and follow the prompts on the screen.
- Once approved, you will be redirected back to the Muze application.
You can disconnect Spotify at anytime by pressing “Disconnect” on the question’s card.
